I liked the Spanish-style building and my modern and airy room. the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the staff was pleasant. - It was close to the beach and local amenities, which is a great location overall.

The hotel must be a good place to work because we see the same staff each year all of whom are extrememly helpful and friendly. We go back every year because of it's location in the centre of Santa Ponsa and because of the staff.

The location is fantastic with complimentary parking close by and only a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus station.

Outstanding food, especially good breakfast. Perfect, particularly good location right next to a bus stop if you want a day out in Palma or Magaluf. - Close to the main plaza, nice restaurants and bars, the beach, shops, and local restaurants.

Absolutley love this hotel,have stayed on two occasions and intend to stay again.The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever witnessed abroad,most polite and very professional in their jobs.A small hotel,but has everything you need at the doorstep.Love it !!!!

Overall it was spacious and luxurious with massive sun facing balcony.

This boutique hotel is wonderfully relaxing, trendy, with a fantastic location close to local restaurants and features an outstanding restaurant with excellent cuisine.

I can't comment on most of this; the staff at the front desk who had to explain to me that (despite booking specifically for this hotel) they did not have a spare room was very polite and deflected my intense irritation very professionally. I was very underwhelmed at booking through your website when it does not guarantee the booking made- it'll be some time before I consider trying to use it again

The hotel is ideally located close to all the amenities of this seaside resort.Although it is situated next to the central round about this does not cause any noise disturbance and is very convenient for both buses and taxis. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The hotel size ensures that there is a quiet relaxed atmosphere throughout, the pool area is well situated with adequate shade and sufficient sunbeds. There is a charge of 1 euro per day for a sunbed mattress, however this is worthwhile as laying on the plastic bench is not too comfortable. The bar area provides a relaxing spot to watch the world go by.

This venue is a fantastic spot with attentive staff and impeccably clean, luxurious rooms featuring a hot tub on the terrace.

The attempt to drum up additional revenue by charging 5 Euro/day for access to the control unit for the airconditioning. In view of the impossible heat I had no choice but to pay, in future I will look elsewhere.

This was my fourth stay at this Hotel as I love the relaxed manner of the hotel and staff and it is a fabulous location. I am returning again in July this year and have booked as usual via Booked.net fab service.I have recommended the hotel and Booked.net to a friend who is going later in May 2011

The hotel is perfect for nightlife and has attentive staff. the rooms are always spotless and new-fashioned with a terrace. - Children can sleep in the bedrooms. - the comfy white leather sofa adds a nice touch. - the attached restaurant serves incredible food.

The staff were polite. the location is brilliant, near plenty of restaurants. - Close to a bus stop to Palma and shops. - Convenient with a taxi rank outside. - There is a huge variety of breakfast goodies.
