The hotel must be a good place to work because we see the same staff each year all of whom are extrememly helpful and friendly. We go back every year because of it's location in the centre of Santa Ponsa and because of the staff.

Ideal location, Pool area, Chic, modern decor

Noise from nearby streets could disrupt sleep!!! Small bathroom configurations make using facilities uncomfortable!!! A courtesy room for freshening up before departure would be appreciated!!!

Overall it was spacious and luxurious with massive sun facing balcony.

I can't comment on most of this; the staff at the front desk who had to explain to me that (despite booking specifically for this hotel) they did not have a spare room was very polite and deflected my intense irritation very professionally. I was very underwhelmed at booking through your website when it does not guarantee the booking made- it'll be some time before I consider trying to use it again

Awesome spot for a group getaway. We loved chilling by the pool area and grabbing lunch at nearby cafes. Quick access to the beach made our days full of fun! The breakfast options were solid, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely consider their outdoor seating to unwind with a drink.

Absolutley love this hotel,have stayed on two occasions and intend to stay again.The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever witnessed abroad,most polite and very professional in their jobs.A small hotel,but has everything you need at the doorstep.Love it !!!!

The pool area is ever so small !!

The attempt to drum up additional revenue by charging 5 Euro/day for access to the control unit for the airconditioning. In view of the impossible heat I had no choice but to pay, in future I will look elsewhere.

Loved the central position of the Plaza. The room offered a lovely terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for morning coffee. Staff looked after us well with quick responses to requests. Breakfast choices were limited but quality was decent. I appreciated the cleanliness. The room was super clean each day. A bit noisy at night though, especially from nearby bars. The pool area was nice, but the water was a bit cold for my taste. Had some trouble with the Wi-Fi. It was a bit inconsistent. The comfort and the location made it worthwhile, despite some minor hiccups.

The hotel is ideally located close to all the amenities of this seaside resort.Although it is situated next to the central round about this does not cause any noise disturbance and is very convenient for both buses and taxis. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The hotel size ensures that there is a quiet relaxed atmosphere throughout, the pool area is well situated with adequate shade and sufficient sunbeds. There is a charge of 1 euro per day for a sunbed mattress, however this is worthwhile as laying on the plastic bench is not too comfortable. The bar area provides a relaxing spot to watch the world go by.

The beds were a little hard!

This hotel is in good location, room is cleaned regularly and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Balcony is well appointed for the sun.

As our visit was out of season the hotel restaurant did not appear to be fully active. There was limited choice of food and it was not kept freshly replenished or hot enough on occasions. The food may well have been adequate for some guests and I would certainly give a degree of understanding in the difficulty of providing a self-service over 2 1/2 hours for limited guests.

Wi-Fi was decent, but the seasonal outdoor pool was too cold for us.

the rooms were very clean. it was also lovely and quiet. john behind the bar was just so helpful

the food was not great was very dissapointed with it actually. its not a place for young kids either

location was excellent, hotel was very clean, food was good and staff were very friendly and helpful,weather was excellent, what more would you want.thank you very much for a very enjoyable stay. would recommend and stay with you again.
